For your blood draw
From physician order to lab
Send a copy of your physician’s orders for blood work via text or email. At your appointment, have a printed copy of your photo ID and insurance cards, or send a picture by text or email. M&M transports your blood to the designated lab, which relays your results.
A service fee applies and is separate from the laboratory’s blood work charges. We accept check or card.
